Markets

The Markets page lists every coin with its live price, so you can compare before you trade.

1. Open Markets to see the price, 24-hour change, 24-hour volume, market cap and 7-day trend of each coin.
2. Click Name, Price, 24h change, 24h volume or Market cap to sort the table.
3. Use the Trade link to open the Spot market of a coin, or the P2P link to see P2P ads for it.
4. Top gainers and Top losers show the coins that moved the most in the last 24 hours.

Convert

Swap one coin for another instantly at the live market rate, with no conversion fee.

1. Open Trade, then Convert (under Instant).
2. Pick the coin you want to convert and the coin you want to receive.
3. Enter an amount. You see the rate and how much you will receive before you confirm.
4. Confirm, and your balances update straight away.

Spot trading

Buy or sell a coin at the market price, or wait for the price you want.

1. Open Trade, then Spot, and choose a coin.
2. Enter the total in coin or USDT, or tap a percentage of your balance.
3. Tap Buy or Sell. The order fills at the market price.
4. Optional: fill in a limit price to wait for your price, or a stop price to trade only after the price reaches it.
5. Optional: pick 2x to 10x margin to borrow. Leave it at 0x for no margin.

Futures

Trade with leverage and profit from a price that goes up or down.

1. Open Trade, then Futures, and choose a coin.
2. Enter the amount in USDT, or tap a percentage of your balance.
3. Choose Open Long if you expect the price to rise, or Open Short if you expect it to fall.
4. Optional: change the leverage to raise or lower the size of your position.
5. Follow your open positions below the chart, and press Close on a position to end it. A position also closes by itself if the price reaches its liquidation price.

Options

Predict whether the price will be higher or lower when a short timer ends.

1. Open Trade, then Options, and choose a coin.
2. Pick the expiry time and enter the trade amount in USDT.
3. Tap Call if you expect the price to be higher at expiry, or Put if you expect it to be lower.
4. If you are right you receive the stake plus the profit shown in the order summary. If you are wrong you lose the stake.
5. Optional: pick 2x to 10x margin to borrow. Leave it at 0x for no margin.

How to buy crypto

You pay the seller directly; the crypto is released to you once the seller confirms the payment.

1. Open P2P, then Buy, and choose the asset you want.
2. Filter by amount and payment method, then pick an ad and open an order.
3. Pay the seller within the time limit, using only the account details shown in the order.
4. Mark the order as paid and wait for the seller to release the crypto. Follow the order in P2P, then My orders.

How to sell crypto

The buyer pays you directly; you release the crypto after the money has arrived.

1. Open P2P, then Sell, and choose the asset you want to sell.
2. Pick an ad that accepts a payment method you can receive, then open an order.
3. Wait for the buyer to pay, then check your own bank or wallet app to confirm the money has arrived.
4. Release the crypto only after you have confirmed the payment yourself.

Posting an ad

An ad tells other users the price and terms you are willing to trade at.

1. Open Advertise, then Post an ad, and choose whether you want to buy or sell.
2. Set the asset, fiat currency, price per unit and the total amount.
3. Set the minimum and maximum order size and the payment time limit.
4. Select the payment methods you accept, then post the ad.
5. Follow your ads and edit or remove them any time in Advertise, then My Ads.

Depositing crypto

Send crypto from another exchange or wallet to your balance here.

1. Open Cashier, then Deposit, and choose the asset and network.
2. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code. Send only that asset on that network.
3. After sending, paste the transaction ID (TXID) and tap I have sent it.
4. We check the transaction and credit your balance once it is confirmed.

Withdrawing crypto

Send crypto from your balance to your own address on another exchange or wallet.

1. Open Cashier, then Withdraw, and choose the asset and network.
2. Save your withdrawal address once for that network. You can save one address per network.
3. Enter the amount and your password. If you use two-step verification, also enter your code.
4. The amount is taken from your balance right away and a submitted withdrawal cannot be cancelled.

Transfer to another user

Send crypto to another account on this site using its registered email.

1. Open Cashier, then Transfer, and choose the asset.
2. Enter the recipient email and check the account name that appears.
3. Enter the amount and your password, then confirm.
4. Transfers between users are instant and free. Sending to another exchange takes longer and is processed manually.

Wallet, loans and transactions

Keep track of what you hold, what you borrowed and what you did.

• Open Assets, then Wallet, to see your balances and their estimated value. You can change the currency it is shown in.
• Assets, then Loans, lists the money you borrowed for margin trades. There is no due date.
• Assets, then Transaction, lists your deposits, withdrawals, transfers and conversions, with their status, amount and estimated value.

Staying safe

Most P2P losses come from a few common tricks. These habits prevent them.

• Never release crypto based on a screenshot or message. Check your own account balance first.
• Only accept payment from an account in the name of the person you are trading with.
• Pay only to the account shown in the order, never to details sent some other way.
• Keep the whole conversation on this site. Be wary of anyone who asks to move to another app.
• Do not mark an order as paid before you have actually sent the money.
• Check the network before you send crypto. A deposit or withdrawal on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
• Nobody from this site will ask for your password or verification codes.
