By creating an account or using Aurum you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 5, 2026.

1. The service

Aurum is a marketplace where users buy and sell crypto directly with each other (P2P), plus tools such as Convert and a wallet. We provide the platform and hold the crypto of an open order in escrow until the order ends. We are not a party to any trade between users, and we are not a bank, broker or financial adviser.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may use the site only where doing so is legal for you. You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to you, including any tax rules.

3. Your account

Give a real email address and keep your password secret. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access. Do not share your account, and do not open accounts to avoid a suspension or a limit. We may ask you to log in again, limit features, or suspend an account to protect users and the site.

4. Trading rules

Pay the other party within the time limit shown on the order and use an account in your own name. Release crypto only after you have seen the payment arrive in your own bank or e-wallet account, never because of a screenshot or a message. Do not take part in fraud, chargebacks, money laundering, market manipulation, or trades with money from crime. If there is a dispute, we may review the order and chat messages and decide how the escrowed crypto is released or returned. Our decision is based on the information available to us.

5. Deposits, withdrawals and transfers

Send only the coin and network shown for a deposit address, and check every withdrawal address and network carefully. Crypto sent to the wrong address or network, or below the minimum, cannot be recovered. Withdrawals may be checked, delayed or refused for security or legal reasons. Network fees apply to withdrawals to other exchanges or wallets. Transfers to another Aurum account are final once confirmed.

6. Fees and prices

Trading on Aurum has no fee for orders up to 5,000 USDT; larger orders pay 0.10%. Convert has no fee. Network fees for withdrawals are shown before you confirm. Prices in ads are set by advertisers. Prices on charts and in Convert are indicative and can change quickly, so the final amount is the one shown at the moment you confirm.

7. Risks

Crypto is volatile and trading carries risk of loss. Read the Risk warning. You trade at your own risk and only with money you can afford to lose.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site running but do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove features, add limits, or update prices and supported coins.

9. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts of other users, price movements, delays or failures of banks, e-wallets or blockchain networks, funds sent to a wrong address, or losses caused by a lost password or access to your device. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You may stop using the site at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the law. Open orders are completed or cancelled first, and funds that belong to you are returned unless the law or an investigation requires otherwise.

11. Compliance

Aurum is operated by a company based in the United States and follows United States law, including rules on money laundering and sanctions. You may not use the site if you are on a sanctions list, or if you live in or trade from a country or region under United States sanctions or where the service is prohibited. We may ask you to verify your identity or explain the source of your funds, and we may delay, refuse or report a transaction when the law requires it.

12. Contact and notices

Write to us through the Support button at the bottom right of any page. We may send notices about your account or these terms to your account email address or show them on the site. Keep your email address up to date so you receive them.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the date above. Using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the operator of the site is established, and disputes go to the courts there, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
